With growing public demand for transparency in clinical trials, the importance of trial registration and results disclosure has increasingly been recognized. To encourage registration of clinical trials and public disclosure of trial results, JMACCT has developed a web-based clinical trial registry that complies with the WHO’s minimum dataset requirements.

Although the registry is focused on investigator-initiated clinical trials of drugs and medical devices, it accepts all types of trials and research that involves human participants. Trial data can be downloaded in XML format from the website.
